Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged please contact awineglasshalffull@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of how the item arrived. In this case, your damaged items will be replaced. 

 

Privacy: Your information will not be shared with anyone. Information that you provide for your order will only be used to process your order. Please be sure to fill out address fields correctly to ensure correct delivery. We may reach out via email that you provide to verify address details if needed. 

 

Important Information:

 

Glasses are made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship because each glass is made as it is ordered. Allow additional time for orders of 5 or more. 

 

Each glass/mug is made with care so please handle with care. Gentle hand wash only, no dishwasher or microwave. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

  1. How long will my wine glass last?

If you properly care for your glass and/or mug by hand washing and not placing in the dishwasher or microwave, it can last for several years. 

 

     2. What company do you use for shipping?

We use USPS for shipping

 

     3. Do you do custom orders?

We may be able to create your custom order, depending upon the request. This will be at an additional cost. Please contact awineglasshalffull@gmail.com to discuss custom orders. 

 

     4. Do you do large orders for events?

We may be able to accommodate your large order (20 or more) depending upon the request. Please be sure to allow several weeks for your order to be created. Contact awineglasshalfull@gmail.com to discuss large orders.
