Little Jazz in JA: The Jamaica Series #1

Warning: You will hear a lot about Jamaica throughout this blog so get ready! I guess I am a little biased when it comes to this beautiful island, but I have plenty of reasons to be.

My dad was born and raised in Montego Bay Jamaica. His mother raised three children and was a cook at a popular restaurant called The Dutch Pot. She is still very well known in her community.

I have three sisters, three nieces and a host of other family members, friends, and other loved ones residing throughout the island. Sooooo  yeah… I’m what you might call a frequent flyer.

At this point I’ve been to Jamaica over 30 times.  Although I began going at a very young age, the bulk of the trips have taken place between 2014- present.

I have decided to make this blog post a series, The Jamaica Series. Each post will walk you through different trips, things to do on the island, how to get the best deals, places to stay etc…

enjoy! 🙂

  1. My favourite spot is Australia! A great quality life as well as outstanding natural beauty 👌🏼 Unfortunately it’s a bit far from England to visit regularly! Have you been to Australia Jasmine?
